Laura became a Brevard County Realtor® in 2006. During the following years, the US experienced one of the most challenging real estate markets in history. Those years taught her lessons about selling real estate that are invaluable to her clients today. “I believe real estate is one of the most dynamic and creative industries in the world.  Everything about real estate is unique;  how we buy & sell it, how we design & decorate it, and how we use it (homestead, investment, second home, weekend getaway, commercial). No two sales are the same and each is an opportunity for negotiation, creativity, and collaboration.”

“Selling a home or investment property is not like selling a widget. We don’t ‘sell’ a property but rather we ‘facilitate’ the sale. We are marketers, negotiators, home stagers, financial advisors, and trusted partners. It’s our duty to be informed of market trends to best counsel our buyers and sellers.  My job is to make the complicated process of buying and selling property less complicated for those I serve.”

In real estate, business is personal.  When hiring a Realtor®, you are not only allowing someone into your home but into your life. That person should not only be experienced, they should be someone who you feel you can trust and communicate with freely and easily. Laura’s  promise to you as your Realtor® is to make the transfer of ownership as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Born in New Jersey, her family moved to Cocoa Beach in 1972.  Laura's solid work ethic was instilled early on, working in her parent's Dairy Queen.  She likes to say her childhood was ‘scrumpdillyicious’! (Bonus points if you get that reference) She has a passion for mid-century architecture and loves creating beautiful spaces. She likes treasure hunting at estate sales and antique shops and enjoys morning walks with her rescue dog, Molly. She has cycled throughout Florida and the U.S. and when time allows, she enjoys ballroom, Latin, swing, and country two-step dancing.  Laura has personally owned single family homes, duplexes, and apartment buildings. She has experience in the construction and management of those properties over her decades of ownership. That knowledge is extremely helpful to her buyers and sellers.

Laura has watched Brevard County grow from a small beachside community to a thriving economic powerhouse, bursting with opportunities. She believes that each city has its own ‘flavor', from Cocoa Beach’s laid-back vibe to Viera’s gorgeously planned communities to the casually refined coastal areas of the Atlantic Ocean and the Banana & Indian Rivers.  Laura recently cruised 6,000 miles of America’s Great Loop, making  her uniquely qualified to help those in the boating community who own vessels that need to be considered when buying waterfront property. She has  traveled throughout the U.S., Canada, and the world and has come to know that there is no better place to raise a family or to retire to than Florida’s Space Coast!
