Chris Parsons, REALTOR®

Meet our agent, Realtor®, Chris Parsons. Chris has been a Brevard County resident since 1984 and currently lives in Cocoa Beach. He returned home to Brevard after spending 15 years traveling the world and serving his country in the US Air Force after enlisting at the age of 19.  Being a veteran of four foreign conflicts, stationed in Bosnia, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Afghanistan, upon his return in 2007, he continued his service as a reservist at Patrick AFB, while becoming a Brevard County Deputy Sheriff. Chris retired from the Air Force in early 2014. 

Soon after retiring from the military, Chris looked for a career where he could utilize his unique combination of knowledge and experience. That road led him directly into the Real Estate market, and became a Real Estate Consultant / REALTOR®. Since taking his real estate journey Chris has become a multi-million dollar producer, honing his knowledge of all VA and local hero programs. He has earned the NAR's Military Relocation Professional Certification (MRP) and Certified Military Relocator (CMR) designations. In May 2022 Chris completed the Graduate Realtor Institute Course earning the GRI designation.  After all Chris' service, he is still looking to serve.
