Louise's journey began in the heart of Cheyenne, Wyoming, where she was born and raised. Her family later moved to Mt. Airy, North Carolina, where she spent her formative years. In 1994, while working in the airline industry, she transferred to Florida.  After enjoying a successful career in that industry, Louise heeded the advice of her family and friends, embarking on a new path in life: Real Estate. Her lifelong passion for customer service and assisting others found its perfect outlet in this industry.

By 2004, Louise had become a Realtor® and discovered her true calling. She further honed her expertise by earning the GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designation in 2006 and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) title in 2019.

Committed to staying at the forefront of market trends and industry developments, Louise regularly attends continuing education courses provided by local and state associations and the Residential Real Estate Council. What truly sets her apart, however, is her unwavering commitment to client communication. To her, maintaining constant communication and thorough follow-up, whether before, during, or after transactions, is paramount.

Recognizing that her clients may be newcomers to the area, unfamiliar with local services, Louise goes above and beyond by connecting them with reputable landscapers, doctors, or auto mechanics. She emphasizes that her role extends beyond real estate, as she values the development of lasting relationships with both her clients and fellow Realtors.

Outside of her real estate career, Louise relishes quality time with her family and friends, embarks on long, liberating Harley rides, explores new destinations, and cherishes the opportunity to meet new people. She credits her role as a well-rounded agent to her continuous learning from industry educators and leaders. Even after nearly two decades in the field, she remains dedicated to expanding her knowledge and giving back to her community and the industry at large.

She services Titusville to Melbourne.
